Peter Herrick and Lorin Hay are the lawyers at Herrick & Hay, P.C. Peter has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1982 and is admitted to practice before the bar in Virginia, the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. He works out of the firm's Chesapeake office.
Lorin has been practicing law since 1977 and has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1981. He is a former Army JAG and is admitted to practice before the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Virginia Supreme Court. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association. Lorin works out of the firm's Virginia Beach office.
